Entitled friend orders twice as much as everyone else at dinner, then demands to split the check evenly: 'She rolled her eyes and said [I'm] being cheap'

Friend group etiquette and expectations may vary from group to group, but no one likes a moocher. 

Here's the deal: when it comes to splitting the check evenly among a group, nine times out of ten, it really is the best option. As long as everyone ordered a comparable amount more or less, who cares if someone's entrée was a few more bucks than someone else's meal? However, if you're someone who likes to do the math just because one person got a slightly more expensive cocktail, then you're the problem. I even used to know someone who would divide the tax and tip amount according to who ordered a more expensive drink. This is a bridge too far for me and for most decent friends. 

However, in this case, one cannot help but side with the person who wanted to only pay for what she ordered…
